Dr Luke Jones

I am a Lecturer in psychology here at the School of Psychological Sciences at the University of Manchester. I run the temporal perception lab and maintain this website.

You can find my staff page at the department here

I obtained my PhD at the University of Manchester in 2003 under the supervision of Professor John Wearden. My thesis explored the nature and operation of temporal reference memory in the SET (scalar expectancy theory) model of human timing.

I currently have a number of projects running with both undergraduate and postgraduate researchers.

The operation of memory processes in the SET system is my primary research interest.
